Abstract: | Honeywell's Commercial Aviation Systems divisions needed to align its compensation plan to reward for performance. Rather than roll out a plan readymade, Honeywell tapped a team of employees to create a compensation strategy. The new risk sharing plan links employees' pay to company profits and allows workers to receive 5 percent more when the company exceeds certain goals. Employee involvement offered insight, as well as buy-in from the workforce. |
