| Abstract: | A recent survey indicated that more than 75 percent of senior managers representing the largest 400 firms in the United States think a total commitment of everyone in the company will result in the necessary level of responsibility to meet the environmental expectations of employees, government, and customers. Many customers now expect companies to be good environmental citizens. Thus, environmental policies can directly affect the perceived quality of a product. |
