| Abstract: | The paper investigates if financial analysts with superior earnings forecasting ability can be distinguished on the basis of ex-post forecast accuracy. The author estimates and compares average accuracy accross individuals and considers if the observed distributions differ from the hypothetical ones (expected on purely random behavior). No systematic differences are found accross individuals. |
