| Abstract: | Today we can reaffirm that there is real estate market in Estonia which is developing next to other branches of the country's market economy. Like any structure in its beginning stages , it is quite unstable and unprofessional. At the moment it is only possible to deal with buildings as land, the classical real estate commodity, is still state property. The right to use land is automatically accompanied by buildings, which are possible to buy from the state. |
