Abstract:An anti-dumping policy has been running against China's export commodities. The reasons are as follows: (1)The international trade protectionism is gaining some momentum. (2)In order to counteract the bad effect on domestic industries from the Uruguay Round, many countries have adopted anti-dumping policy as an effective measure. (3)Export procedure in China is still in disorder, and a lot of business competitors are promoting their products at reduced prices. (4)There is unfavorable condition for export enterprises to win low suit. (5)A macro-control is urgently needed in governing the foreign funded enterprise. Thus, China should strengthen its supervision on export activities and set up a legal system to punish those dumping promoters.
