Abstract:Inflation exerts influences on enterprises in such aspects as cost, interests and financing. To gain the maximum profits, enterprises have to make correct decisions on how to reduce cost, financing and investment according to the above influence and the development objective of enterprises. On the whole, in the present stage, it is inevitable to avoid inflation which can affect enterprises in China. Whether enterprises can make rational judgment and decision will, to some extent, decide the rise and fall of enterprises.
