| Abstract: | The short-term model of development of securities business in real estate in China should be to develop vigorously securities financing. The rapid economic development and structural evolution in China in recent more than ten years both make demand on it and have created conditions for realizing such a model. Firstly, the investment subject of real estate has changed from a single state to many kinds of subject including the state, enterprises, localities and individuals. Secondly, the reform of property right system of real estate has prepared conditions for the separation of rights and interests of real estate. Lastly, the initial shape of capital market and development and perfection of securities trading system have created the necessary external conditions for the development of securities in real estate. |
