| Abstract: | As of now, China's agriculture is still in the stage of extensive business operation. The present shift of industrial structure is merely false shift which, however, is the premise of marching toward industrialization and modernization as far as the countries in the period of system transformation and transition are concerned. At present, China is in the stage of system innovation. A new step has been made in system changes in rural areas toward the modern agriculture of scale production. The system innovation is the base of realizing the real shift of industrial structure in China, and the indispensable historical course and key link of upgrading of industrial structure too. |
