| Abstract: | The Asian financial turmoil was induced by speculation shock started by the international financial speculators who seized the chance that there existed many internal problems in finance and economy in some south eastern countries. In China's economy, there have already been some hidden perils which would possibly induce financial and economic crises, such as imperfect financial system, poor operation of assets, a lot of bad debts, the improper intervention of the government and corruption behavior, serious drain of state-owned assets, active short-term international capital, unwise utilization of foreign investment and irrational industrial structure. So we should maintain sharp vigilance and conduct reform and adjustment in time. |
