| Abstract: | This paper tries to explore the following issues at a law angle: 1. The comparative advantages in companies' system decide that state-owned enterprises should stick to the diversified patterns in the reorganization and transformation of enterprises. 2. The system advantage of companies indicates that becoming companies should be mainly an issue of practice and it is more effective to accept the companies' unique operational mechanism than to simply accept the form of a company. 3. The ideological advantage of companies shows people's deep understanding of enterprises' internal law of operation and so the innovation of enterprises' system is the only everlasting driving force of micro economic development. |
