| Abstract: | The author thinks that the ownership of human capital before market transactions and that after transactions are not equal. The owners of human capital in modern enterprises can not have the complete ownership of human capital. This paper is divided into three parts discussing this view of point and its guiding significance. The first part focuses on the relationship between ownership and property rights. The second part highlights the ownership of human capital before and after market transactions, especially within enterprises. The third part point out that the issue of ownership of human capital besides the arrangement of enterprises' contracts to a great extent. |
