| Abstract: | The emphasis is laid on making the issuing of the lottery tickets well known to the public. It is necessary to enhance their consciousness to prevent risks and work out the management rules and regulations on the lottery ticket market as soon as possible. The lottery ticket market must further be fostered and strictly managed. Its activities must be done according to the norms and supervised with greater efforts. The political and professional quality of their issuing personnel must further be enhanced and their management level and selling techniques raised and improved. |
