| Abstract: | Tallinn has been a region's pioneer in the development of office premises, but the rapid development has brought about some setbacks. Neither Riga nor Vilnus has had to deal with such big vacancies. Also the first modern shopping centres of the Baltic countries were built in Tallinn. The development in Riga started a bit later, but today it is very active. |
