| Abstract: | In this second of two articles on the changing image of British building societies, the authors see that, although it may be rather late for such large organizations to consider matters such as SWOT analyses, cultures, structures and strategic analysis models, the environment has changed so swiftly that this self-examination is important if they wish to progress. |
