| Abstract: | The article is an attempt at singling out those factors of narrative fluency which are specific of the cinema art. Narrative forms which are meaningful at the level of more than two adjacent shots are called syntagmatic types of articulation. The 'scene', the 'uninterrupted episode' and the 'episode' are three types of cinematographic syntagms. |
