| Abstract: | Structural description is based on singling out systemic elements and ties which remain invariant at any homomorphous transformations of the object. This fully applies to the problem of synchronous and diachronous, of static and dynamic in semiotic systems. The article develops the views of R.Jakobson, M.Bakhtin and Iu.Tynianov related to structural description of semiotic systems. It also explores the relationship between the nucleus and the periphery, the necessary and the superfluous. |
