| Abstract: | The author and his research team from IDEFS performed comparative analysis of national law in EC member countries to reveal the status of employees transferred by their firm into a branch located in another EC country. Both individual and collective rights are analysed. Large inter-country differences are revealed and therefore harmonization is needed. |
