| Abstract: | Directive 89/48/EEC has guaranteed the right to a professional living in an EC country to pursue activity in another. What problems may arise in the interpretation of this directive is demonstrated on the example of the Ramath case (a German accountant wishing to establish an accounting firm in Luxemburg) which was submitted to the European Court. |
