| Abstract: | Currently, major problems include: The content of bills is not perfect; the writing of bills is incomplete. These may easily cause economic disputes. Related rules and system at different local banks are not unitary. Commercial bill's cashability is rather weak and credit of enterprises is rather poor. These have laid hidden dangers of failing to pay back debts when they are due. Countermeasures are as follows: (1)Developing and regulating bank's bill mortgage loans as well as controlling the vicious expansion of bank's credit scale. (2)Formulating detailed implementation rules for bills as soon as possible. (3)Taking vigorous action to develop the acception, discount and rediscount services of trans-regional systematic commercial drafts. (4) strengthening enterprises' view on credit and promoting enterprises to adopt commercial credit bills automatically. |
