Abstract: | There is a long tradition of research and interest in charismatic leadership in relationship with organizational culture. This article is not concerned with the nature of charisma or the exercise of power but, rather with their combined implications. Therefore, it is necessary to look into this relationship , how it is manifested and demonstrated in commitment to the organization. |
