Abstract: | The debate about the nature and dynamics of organizational power has been influenced by a number of interrelated themes. This article sets out three conceptions of power: processual (between interest groups), institutional and internal forms of organizational power. The emphasis will be on this third level, and on conceptions of power which take it for granted that organizations have their own power practices. |
