Abstract: | This paper discusses strategic resonance in the strategy making process within dynamic and highly volatile market conditions. Although, managers are faced with competing concept of resource-driven versus market-led approaches to strategy, it is here suggested that both of them have defects and may cause strategic dissonance. It is also argued that a main omission usually lies in the neglect of operations managers' potentially important contributions to the strategy mainstream process. |
