| Abstract: | This paper explores the development and initial validation of a multidimensional measure of servant leadership (hereafter as: srv-l-ship.) behaviour. In order to establish preliminary psychometric properties for the new 35-item, six-dimension measure, both qualitative and quantitative studies are reported. The resultant srv-l-ship. model is characterized by its holistic outlook, service orientation, and moral-spiritual emphasis. |
