Abstract: | This paper explores processes called 'idea imposition' and 'discovery' by analyzing over 200 organizational decisions with their outcomes. It is uncovered that discovery was more successful than idea imposition and both process adaptations. Discovery was more successful than the other three processes no matter what the importance, resource level,..., decision maker level,..., urgency, or type of decision. |
