| Abstract: | Nations with legal environments allowing for indigenous entrepreneurs to create legal businesses are more likely to be nations with peace and prosperity. In order to elucidate the relationship btw. improved legal environments and conflict reduction, this article presents information on a case study in which increased economic freedom led to reduced violence in Northern Ireland from 1975 to 2000. |
