| Abstract: | This article examines management concerning the performance variation produced by personality, interpersonal relationships, and the perceptions and attributions of an individual. It concentrates on the issues including dispositional traits of an employee which can create negative influences on transformational leadership, perception and its effect on individual and organizational levels, social identity which has a crucial role in group or team effectiveness, trust and cooperation, and negative behavior. |
