| Tiivistelmä: | German enterprises invest together 27 Mrd DEM a year into training of employees. A new form of training, computer based training is becoming popular in the country. Renowned companies such as Siemens, Lufthansa and Colonia Versicherung (insurance) have developed their own computer based training systems tailored to the special needs of each company. The article presents the experience gained e with the use of this form of education at Colonia. It is estimated that with computer employees learn faster than in traditional ways, and the difference can be up to 40 p.c. Besides, the technology , provides other considerable benefits. |
