| Tiivistelmä: | The study tested the determinants of user acceptance of microcomputer technology among 519 managers. Results provided moderate support for the proposed model and the pattern of linkages specified among the study variables. Results showed that computer experience had strong direct and indirect effects on computer anxiety, perceived usefulness, attitudes toward using the system, behavioral intentions, and user acceptance. User training and information center (IC) support had strong negative effects on computer anxiety and positive effects on perceived usefulness, attitudes, behavioural intentions, and user acceptance of the microcomputer technology. |
