| Tiivistelmä: | The situation of training in the company is more and more crucial. Training has a direct connection with strategy. To be efficient, it should take into account different steps of a pedagogical system which is now getting under way. Economical and social upsettings result in the most imperious efforts of rentability. Under the circumstances companies have difficulties in liberating instructor and trainees. The participants have become conscious partners in their own training. It is high time for employers and trade unions to take it into consideration. |
