| Tiivistelmä: | Major changes in the business, economic and social environments call for a new approach to internal education and training concerning its organization, conception and development of pedagogical projects. If an enterprise really wants to enhance the performance ot its employees - a critical success factor for the business future - it has to shift its focus from "instruction" to "learning", and create new structures to provide the employees with all adequate learning sources. In this direction, the concept of performance learning support system represents a major step forward. |
