| Tiivistelmä: | The labor services cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan will take three steps. First, Fujian export labor force to Taiwan in indirect or primary direct ways. Second, Fujian and Taiwan cooperate with each other in both indirect and direct ways. Not only Taiwan imports labor force from Fujian , but also Fujian imports skilled technical workers. Third, Fujian and Taiwan work out a 10 or 20 year plan for cooperation. At beginning, the demand for labour force including the demand level is allocated rationally per annum. |
