| Tiivistelmä: | How to deal with the relations among speed, structure and benefit is a key issue faced by China's industrial development. According to the analysis of main problems and basic trend of industrial development in the 90s, the macro policies promoting optimum industrial development should be further carried out. It is the most important to combine the policy of appropriate industrial growth with the policy for industrial structure and the policy for technical progress;to strengthen export-oriented industrial development; to increase the competitiveness; to promote the economic system reform in order to create the environment for optimum industrial development. |
