| Tiivistelmä: | The main problems of China's present property right system are, the unbalance of restrict-balanced mechanism between the state-ownership property right and non-state-ownership property righr, and also the unbalance of running management mechanism of all sorts of capitals within the system of state-ornership property right. Therefore, according to the characteristics of all sorts of state property, relevant measures must be taken, so as to strengthen the state property's exclusive mechanism. That is to consolidate the extending mechanism of state-owned property right by ways of perfecting contract-and duty-management system and reforms of stock system; to readjust the structure of property right and enterprises by way of transformation of property right. |
