| Tiivistelmä: | The reform of China's stock system is beginning to become socialization and ripening. At the meantime, there are also some misunderstanding on the following aspects: the misunderstanding of identification of stock system and joint-cooperation system; the confusion of stock price due to stock market defect restrains the role of stock system in economy; the excessive development of spot transaction is leading to misunderstanding of stock market control; the vacancy of options and futures transaction; misunderstanding on the relation of share-holding and share-diverting; misunderstanding on the relation of speculation and stimulation on stock market. |
