| Tiivistelmä: | The authors describe the six plateaux of management in which a middle-aged employees may recognize themselves: Young Turk, Lifelong Developer, Elder Statesman, Life ballancer, Family Clansman and Reward Seeker. In order to deal with the plateau positively, it is important to recognize where you are, and to assess your development options for dealing with it. The authors state that if we can no longer climb to our level of incompetence, we can at least level our climb with competence. |
