| Tiivistelmä: | It has become more and more unsuitable for socialist market economic development that administrative direct regulating mainly by loans quotas management. The emphasis of financial macro-regulating should be adjusted as controlling the social credit scale all-roundly from single controlling the bank credit scale, and the regulating measures and ways should be transferred from the traditional, direct regulating mainly with administrative means into indirect regulating mainly with economic measures, i.e. finally realizing the indirect financial regulating by controlling basic currency. |
