| Tiivistelmä: | The tide of laborers working on public projects is a typical output of market economy. Its rising has made complete new contents of city and rural's social economic life and poured much vitality into it, and greatly influenced our social cultural life, particularly in improving China's opening to the internal country and outside world and economic and cultural exchange. Therefore, we should be active and initiative to guide the series social problems which would have being caused by the tide of laborers working on public projects and shouldn't be to blame and restrict it. In this aspect, government departments, policy research departments and academic institutes will shoulder the very important task. |
