| Tiivistelmä: | Prof. Ronald H. Coarse's theory of social cost and econometric methods combining with the practice of economic disputes hearing of Hunan Courts were used in finishing this article, which promulgates the interrelation between the occurrence of economic disputes and the growth of economy, and the litigation costs and the accepting cases by the courts, through positive analysis on the general rules and courses of the occurrence of economic disputes and the accepting- hearing of economic disputes by the courts. Then, it gives an preliminary prediction on the Growth Index of economic disputes handled by Hunan Courts in the coming decade. |
