| Tiivistelmä: | The paper probes emphatically into two issues:(1) the great disparity between the high-income stratum and low-income stratum. The high one consists mainly of privately owned enterprises, individual businessmen, contractors, Chinese responsible members of the joint ventures, famous actors/actresses, etc.. Among the low-income stratum, 80 million people live without enough to eat and wear. The disparity between the poor and the rich is in a high rate of one to tens. The enlargement of disparity between industrial/agricultural incomes. The author believes, the irrational income disparity must be restrained, the workers and peasants should be well-off commonly. |
