| Tiivistelmä: | With the development of the international technology trade, every nation pays more and more attention to international protection of the intellectual property right. The resuming of the membership in GATT provides us with good opportunities, but at the same time it brings the severe challenges. The article objectively analyzes the resuming and puts forward the measures we should adopt to take the advantages and avoid the disadvantages. |
