| Tiivistelmä: | The point behind rejoining GATT and adopting market economy is to step up a steady growth of the economy. Any new measure of reform will create phenomena of unbalance if it does harm the relations among tariff, price, wage, interest rate and exchange rate. The paper concludes that the task of industrial readjustment and enterprise reorganization should be done on the basis that the resultant of forces of the tariff decrease and the price increase will result in a large drop in the rate of tariff protection. The price reform should be accelerated and the time difference existing in the course of price increase and tariff decrease should be pulled wider, weighing the relations among tariff price and exchange rate. |
