We should establish East Europe Trade Association, put stress on opening up Russian market, develop wholesale and retail business in accordance with different conditions, set up trade center and recruit agencies , attend Russian specialized exhibitions , give full play to the advantages of Chinese products, use the method in which spot exchange transaction and barter trade are both employed and take flexible payment methods. |
