| Tiivistelmä: | The foreign trade business conglomerates of China should practice shareholders system. According to different investors , there will be state shares, legal person shares and individual shares. The organization structure will be a mixed one which includes large foreign trade specialized corporations, their subcompanies, relevant companies and cooperation entities. The capital and turnover of the main enterprises should reach a certain scale and they should have a certain number of subcompanies. |
