| Tiivistelmä: | One characteristic of China's overseas investment is that J-V and cooperative enterprises are more than those that China is the only investor. The other is that the number of unproductive enterprises is more than that of productive enterprises. The rural enterprises have began to invest abroad and have registered more than 50 companies. There are more than 100 companies under negotiation stage. From these we can see that China should have her own global operational business conglomerate, reform the management system of the overseas enterprises and make great effort to train qualified personnel who are familiar with global operation. |
