| Tiivistelmä: | Wenzhou paradigm is a typical reform pattern of China which began with inductive change and finally set up the market economy. The government of Wenzhou kept silent to the "Wenzhou paradigm" created by the Wenzhou people and then supported it and induced the formulation of local laws and regulations of market and the establishment of shareholder and cooperative enterprise system. On the basis of these, the government made the market economy reform from excluding system reform to including it. |
