| Tiivistelmä: | The Danish bond market is one of the largest in Europe, with outstanding volumes totalling Dkr1,652 billion at the end of June. Average daily turnover in the Danish bond market in 1993 was around Dkr45 billion, the bulk of activity being in government bonds, followed by mortgage credit bonds. Of the Dkr552 billion total debt at the end of 1993, Dkr357.3 billion was accounted for by fixed-rate bonds, Dkr58.3 billion by treasury bills, and Dkr1.2 billion by lottery bonds. |
