| Tiivistelmä: | The causes of the shortage of China's basic industry may be summed up as follows: the way of industrialization does not match the restriction of resources; investment scale and structure are irrational; as well as the distinctive characteristics that basic industry possesses, the differences of the market (price) conditions and the productive systems, the contradiction between the long-term development strategy and economic policy, and the deviation during implementation of policy, etc. This paper proves the selection of the development strategies of the basic industry, and gives its opinions. |
