| Tiivistelmä: | The basic outlet of the agriculture development is not agriculturalist. The reason is that the agriculture doesn't bring about the high economic efficiency. The agricultural development can't make the peasants rich in high level. The focal point in developing the non-agricultural industry is the service industry. It can improve the development of agriculture and industry, provide more chances to transfer surplus labour power in the countryside. |
