| Tiivistelmä: | Organizations realize the need for more certainty in the design and reliability of systems. The implementation of computer aided systems engineering (CASE) tools is undertaken with the specific goals of increasing productivity and improving systems quality. Yet, companies with CASE often find their personnel resistant to using these tools. Needless to say, the tool, it left unused, provides no benefit. This research considers two factors that might affect the acceptance and use of CASE. |
