| Tiivistelmä: | China's State-owned enterprises are facing a serious situation of numerous losses and actual losses under superficial profiting, huge wasting of State funds, their production proportion of our whole economy falling faster and faster, many protecting policies becoming failure and so on. therefore, we must establish a new enterprises system, i. e. a modern one. The basic characteristics of modern enterprise system should be summarized as follows: defining property rights, clearing responsibilities and rights, separating governments from firms, managing scientifically and having strong sense of social responsibility. At present, the main difficulties for establishing modern enterprise system are that there exist three obvious ideological barriers , three kinds of glaring distort relations and so on. |
